OUR CANCELATION & RESPONSIBILITY POLICIES
By confirming your reserved dates with us by partial or full payment,
you AGREE TO ACCEPT these policies.
CANCELATIONS
Cancelations must be made no less than 21 days before reserved dates.
No refunds for late arrivals or early departure or because of inclement weather. EARLY-BIRD SPECIALS require 45 days cancelation notice.
If you must cancel within 21 days ( 45 days for Early-Bird) and we are able to re-rent your dates, we will refund the rent we receive less cancelation fees.
Sometimes dates may be changed by you, subject to availability and other factors.
ALL cancelations and date changes are subject to a 5% CHARGE CARD REVERSAL FEE plus a $25.00 administrative fee.
RESPONSIBILITY
You agree to be responsible for any damages to our properties, and for any items missing, and for any excess cleanup caused by your rental party upon your departure, and you agree to re-emburse us, by your credit card on record, for any such damages and missing items and excess cleanup. Your rental party shall include, but not be limited to, yourself, your family & guests and all visitors.
You also agree not to hold us responsible if any of your items become missing or damaged, or for any injuries or deaths incurred while staying with us.
If any PETS are found to be in your rental unit, or if anyone is found to be smoking in your rental, you will be charged a $200.00 sanitizing fee.
NOTE: We will always E-mail or call you and explain any charges concerning these policy’s, before we bill you, and we can discuss any discrepancies or anything you may feel we are in error of.
We don’t quibble over the small stuff !!
